The aim of this application is to make easy to use business banking and providing checking accounts to the small businesses in USA free.

CHALLENGES

The process of getting checking account for business is quite time consuming and difficult. so we have the main challange to make it really easy and user can get the accounts in minutes and all that tasks like adding a payee, transfer money, remote deposite the cheque should be so easy that user don't have to go bank for anything.

PROCESS

We have started defining the easy signup process where we have to collect too many information from the user when signs up. First we have gathered all list from the bank that we need to get from the user. The main task is to categorize the list for user, so we have divided those in to five parts :
1) Personal Information
2) Business Information
3) Business Questions
4) Business Owner inforation
5) Disclosure
Now all this information is quite big and also contains some sensetive information like social security number and driver's license and all. So all users can think before they enter those information so we gave a option to collect it later via authorised person of bank, and also allowed user to enter the information that he/she wants to give rest we'll collect via bank person on phone to user so that user can not feel boring filling those details.
Below is the prototype of just opening the checking account business owners. The main benifit is they don't have to go to bank for this. Most of banks ask person to visit bank for business checking account.

After that main part is to operate all banking from the mobile application. So we need to design the mobile application for user testing. We have taken the stackholder interviews and some of the users interview and based on that list out the basic features for MVP product. after gathering all the data we have defined persona and different functions and categorize the data and made Information architecture of application. Based on that we made user flow diagram for different tasks like money transfer, adding payee, etc. Then we have used pen paper for creating paper prototype to see the steps in each tasks and also to think how can we reduce the steps.
