Basically this is a samll system for the bank admin. Bank provides the feature of remote deposite of cheque from mobile app of bank. The aim of this is the admin will verify all details of cheque of different batches on different time, the limit of transaction, risk score and then approve or deny the cheque.

CHALLENGES

When we remote deposite the cheque we scan it through the app and user has not checked those mistakes, those cheque numbers comparision should be there, another challange is system should be defined in a way that admin can see any of the users cheque history and risk score and see the limits, and also admin can see the previous cheques. The main challange is to keep system in a way that admin can do it quickly.

PROCESS

We have all the information form the bank what details should be added there and we also don't need to see more group of users because we have the only group bank admin who is going to use it. We have taken interviews of admin and based on their pain points and suggestions we have designed something. So we have taken interviews, then we have list out all points and tasks that admin can do and make persona from interview, after that workflow diagram and then paper prototype. Based on paper prototype we come up with main screen below for admin.

To check the cheque numbers we have designed somethig that crops the part of numbers from the image od cheque and below field of that image thare is box where we kept the same font used in cheques to verify quickly and on right side e show limit for mRDC and balance also so admin can see that user has sufficeint balance or not and also the risk percentage.
