CLEAR
CLEAR is a US based Fintech Startup with whom I have been working from last one year as a remote team member from INDIA. Company has different products of Chat bot, Business Financial Management, Mobile app regarding this etc. All these get started when the co-founder of company approach me saying like we are making a remote team in India to work on products like this.
CHALLENGES
When I joined to work with them I had enough experience in UX and big applications to work on but the big challenge is I am the only designer in starting I had to do the whole product design from scratch taking from the story mapping to Wire framing UI design and HTML. Besides this there are too many other design things that I have to handle in short time.
The biggest challenge was we have to go from raw idea to MVP (Minimum Viable Product) in very small period as this is the startup, so finding the best UX process for MVP and then branding and all is gives the best challenges to work on.
The main challenging work begins here with the product itself and marketing and public facing of product, we need to keep our business goals in mind and also increasing the conversion rate is the big point, and there are too many other challenges and perks in this.
PROCESS
Initially for us we don't have any process to set up in our work, so we set up some UX process that will be very easy for MVP purpose. Then we thought we'll be using lean UX as this is startup, so everything will be on feedback based and for landing page of product and in marketing page we have used A/B testing and based on data from this we got surprising facts (like an green call to action button on our website has increased 32% conversion rate), so we are following data driven process.
On the other side there needs to decide the brand colors and UI design process to setup. I go through too many color theory and behaviour of human on different colors and set up colors and brands. for the design of product we have used atomic design process that is very easy for products.
